- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-11-21, by J CampionHOSTILE - I have just been for the EIGHTH visit to Northwich to hopefully conclude a prescription that started in November (3 months!). I can only say that my husband's request to have a designer case for his designer glasses (for which he has paid over £600) has been 'forgotten'. Rather than apologise and agree how to resolve, an interrogation ensued. I am so disappointed - this is BAD service - when you mess up - apologise and ensure you will put it right. Poor attitude, attention and lack of customer care - 0 stars.
