  Took my watch in for a battery replacement done in five minutes and only £5 where as another jewllers Hiltons were terrible customer service and more expensive. Highly recommend.

  I took my engagement ring here to be fixed after catching it on the oven door. I wrongly assumed that because it say's bespoke and beautiful hand crafted jewellery that it would be a wonderful repair. I had to ask him to do it again as it was so rough! I am sure he must have sent it away in the end as it came back so much quicker than the first time he did it and a lot better job, although it's not perfect now I will one day get it sorted but I will never go here again, please do not trust him for repairs. I have given 1 star because he obviously paid someone else to do a better job in the end.
